About Orange Terrace Hostel

I started this hostel back in 2013. Since then me, my friends and colleagues and eventually my girlfriend renovated and improved this hostel from year to year. Since 2018 our Border Collie boy Sunny is part of our family.

We are lucky to have the opportunity to welcome thousands of guests through out the years from all parts of the world. This makes for interesting and fun conversations and even led to really good friendships.

We are looking forward for what is still to come.

Very clean, nice friendly helpful staff, 24hr reception, fans in room, comfortable mattress, nice communal areas, spotless kitchen with everything you could need to make and store your own food.

The property was very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The kitchen was well equipped and well organized. The hostel has a great roof terrace to meet people. In the rooms there were lockers to lock your things. The location was good too.

I have been to various hostels and this is by far the best i have been to. From hygiene to the personality of the personnel and location, orange terrace hostel in my candid opinion ranks top in albufeira. To begin with It is in close proximity to the centre of the old town by walking distance and also to the beach. Also its a hostel that stayed clean the whole time. I have never seen so much effort put into maintaining a hostel so clean for its guests and its one of the reasons i wouldnt mind visiting that hostel again.

The place is really beautiful, all very well organized. Our room was for 4, it's small but it's fine. It was very hot but in the evening with the fan on it was acceptable. We liked everything. Clean bathrooms, big shower, very stocked and well organized kitchen. In the evening, the quiet time is excellent because we always slept well. If you want to go out in 5 minutes on foot there is the center that is very lively and you can have fun. the terrace is very nice and allows you to meet other people or relax quietly. we also attended their trips and everything was perfect, we really enjoyed it. I recommend it to everyone.

Great staff, lovely clean place, great location, loved the kayak tour in benagil. The rooftop is great amd so nice to have a bar for just the guests. Andre was very welcoming and great fun.
